Featured project
When Larry's daughter (Dakota's sister) built her home, the finish work came to Pro Line. Nicole was on the ladder right alongside them. This is the whole house, from open trusses to the last piece of trim.

Why this one's different
Larry and Dakota treat every home like it's worth doing right. When the home belongs to Nicole, there's no version of "good enough" that survives the next family dinner.
Outside of the trades the job required, nearly everything you see finished here went through family hands: Larry and Dakota, with Nicole working right next to them.
We're showing it because it's the clearest look we have at what Pro Line does across a whole house, not just one wall or one room. And it's the same standard your house gets.

Dry-fit in raw wood so every post and bar lines up, then finished dark against a weathered-plank wall.

An L-shaped built-in bench with X-panel backs, fitted to the wall and the end of the kitchen run.

Nicole on the ladder setting the diagonal battens, then the whole wall finished floor to ceiling in black.

Staggered vertical battens with angled ends, then painted out in one deep color.

An angled grid in primed white, then finished in black with the built-in niches set into the pattern.

The crew
Larry and Dakota ran the finish work. Nicole didn't just pick the finishes. She was up on the scaffold and the ladder too.

Father and son at the saw and the island during trim-out.

Working on her own ceiling from the scaffold plank.

Sweeping up behind the stair rail. A clean jobsite is part of the job.
Room by room

White plank ceiling with a grid of black beams that ties the great room, kitchen, and stair together.

Kitchen run, island, and the trim that ties them into the room and the banquette.

Horizontal-bar rail on both runs, set against a weathered-plank wall that wraps the stairwell.

Upper cabinets, shiplap back, and a dark-stained bench at the entry.

Double hanging rods, shelving, and a drawer bank fitted to the closet.

Board-and-batten wainscot with a cap shelf, finished up against the shower.
